We support disabled young people aged 16 to 25 years to build confidence, develop skills and find meaningful, sustainable employment.
EmployAble Sunderland C.I.C was created from lived experience of navigating disability, work and the barriers in between. We're shaped by real people in Sunderland who know what inclusive employment should look like because we've lived it. Our work is grounded in community. collaboration and a belief that Wearside can lead the way in accessible, empowering employment support.
